Stephen Alfred Blevins (;born May 10, 1965) is an American guitarist, composer, singer, songwriter, and producer from the mountains of Eastern Tennessee. Blevins started his music career in 1974 at the age of nine as a drummer with his fathers band, recording studio and label Newbirth Records. Steve became a multi instrumentalist in 1983 and joined Damage inc. as a guitarist. 1988-2010, Steve toured with The Strangers, Lover, JJ Starr, Vision, as well as recording with artists such as Tom Bettini's Soupline Man, Bishop Stone, SoulDog, Stompin Ground and Tribute to Jimi Hendrix, The Blue Flames.

With cultural roots all the way back to Scotland, Steve carries on the tradition of music and likker like his father, grandfathers and ancestors. After many years of being a hired gun guitarist, 2014, Steve released his first solo album         In November  that was mastered by Ty Tabor of King's X @ Alien Bean Studios. Drums were recorded by Peter Young in Nashville.

2017 inspired his 2nd release Critical Thinker.  Living in Myrtle Beach four years, Steve created new music that will be released 2023 called Dirty Myrtle along side of his project for White Likker Blues featuring his custom Ligtninbox Guitars and promoting his brand Felony Spirits
