Stephen A. Blevins born May 10, 1965 is a professional multi-instrumentalist, producer, and recording artist from the mountains of East Tennessee.
Early Career & Professional Roots
Blevins began his career in 1974 at age nine as a drummer for his father’s band and the family-owned recording label, Newbirth Records. He transitioned to a multi-instrumentalist by 1983, joining the band Damage Inc. as a guitarist.
Touring & Session Work (1988–2010)
For over 20 years, Blevins operated as a professional "hired gun" guitarist. He toured and performed with several notable acts across North America, including:The Strangers, JJ Starr, Vision, Lover, Marage.
He has also provided session recording for various projects and artists, such as Tom Bettini's Soupline Man, Bishop Stone, SoulDog, and Stompin Ground.
